From mesh import to screen-pack cutting under one roof. Manufactured to size and drawing.
Production flow
AISI 304 / 316 enters as rolls. Mesh and wire diameter are checked against the table. Cutting (round, square, strip), optional layer stacking and spot-weld, framing or cylinder forming, final inspection and protective packing follow in order.
Quality control
Opening, wire diameter, size/tolerance and weld points are checked by batch. Non-conforming parts are not shipped.
Custom size
The same rule on every product page: manufactured to special size and technical drawing.
