Extruder Filter and Screen Pack Production

NCE screen packs are cut from AISI 304 / 316 mesh to catch contaminants in the melt. Every order is inspected and shipped in protective packing. A two-million-filter annual capacity keeps repeat screen-pack orders on a stock rhythm.

Single-layer

Used on low-dirt, fast-change lines. Mesh choice drives product quality — from coarse pre-filter to fine polish.

Spot-welded (multi-layer) pack

Spot-weld is a joining method, not a product family. Several mesh layers are tacked so a coarse support carries the fine cloth. The pack stays together and changeover is shorter.

Round, square, rectangular and custom

Cut to the die cavity. Made-to-size and drawing is standard; series cutting starts after sample approval.
