Stainless Belt Filter Manufacturing

Belt filter — also called Rubusto — is Dutch / twill stainless cloth for continuous straining on extruder and melt lines. At NCE, belt filters are produced and cut only as double weave, not as single-layer plain cloth.

Roll belt (Rubusto)

Rolls cut stock cost for high-consumption plants. 10 m standard lengths and 1–2 m widths come from stock or short lead time.

Cut belt filter

Strips cut to machine width remove roll-handling time. Edge and roll-direction checks are done before shipment.

Special width and Dutch weave

When standard widths are not enough we make special-width belt. Dutch weave holds more particles with a more controlled pressure drop. Made to size and drawing.
